The Ugnayan ng Serbisyong Pampubliko is a human resource library which aims to mobilize the community to share video recordings on their topics of interest to the public in order to cultivate a space for growth and wellness. 

As a public service under UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod, the Ugnayan ng Serbisyong Pampubliko shall: 

• provide video resources accessible to the public
• become an avenue for psychosocial support
• provide a virtual space for growth
• opportunity to share and contribute insights and interests
• strengthen the relations between State Universities and Colleges
