On August 23, 2023, the UP Diliman Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) conducted SIBOL: An Orientation for New UP Employees at the David M. Consunji Theater, Institute of Civil Engineering, UP Diliman. This is an Onboarding Program for newly hired UP Employees, REPS, and administrative personnel that aims to familiarize new employees with the vision, mission, and culture of the University. The event also featured the various processes used by the University, as well as the multitude of organizations housed within and outside the campus, including UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod. The office participated in the second day of the event, which focused on organizations which new employees could join, or causes which they could support.  

At the orientation for the employees, UPD Pahinungod Director Jowima Ang-Reyes, Ph.D., RSW presented newly launched Awit ng Pahinungod which featured the recent activities of UPD Pahinungod. In addition to this, Director Reyes talked about the Vision-Mission of the office, as well as its services and the volunteer opportunities which employees can join in. 

Junior Project Associates Jeanne Ascue and Tiffany Billones manned the booth at the lobby of the David M. Consunji Theater, where they entertained questions from employees and handed out materials from UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod. The second day of the event was attended by over 70 employees.
