Director
Jowima Ang-Reyes, Ph.D., RSW
Dr. Jowima Ang-Reyes is the Director of the UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod and one of the representatives to the Committee on Psychosocial Emergency Services of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod System. She is a faculty member of the UP Department of Social Work, College of Social Work and Community Development (CSWCD). She is also a board member in the Asia Pacific Association for Social Work Education (APASWE). Dr. Ang-Reyes worked as a Care and Protection Social Worker in Auckland, New Zealand and has extensive experience in social work counseling.

Tria is a graduate of the BS Social Work program (Magna Cum Laude) of UP Diliman. She is currently a Junior Project Associate at UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod.

Jeanne is a graduate of the BA Theatre Arts program (magna cum laude) of UP Diliman. She specializes in Production and Stage Management. Currently, Jeanne is a Junior Project Associate at UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod.

Iries is a graduate of the BS Administration Management focus on Human Resource Development Management of Colegio De Montalban. She is currently the Senior Office Assistant of UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod.

Jose Ramil M. Reyes, RSW
Joram is a Registered Social Worker and a BS Social Work graduate of UP Diliman. His interests include social work case management, medical and school social work, children's rights, and migrant workers' welfare. He is currently a Project Staff at UPD Ugnayan ng Pahinungod.

Bianca Mae C. Cipriano, RSW
Bianca Mae Cipriano is a registered social worker, having passed the Licensure Exam for Social Worker in 2023. As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of the Philippines, she is proficient in fields such as project management, direct social work practice, and community organizing. Currently, she serves as a Project Staff in the UP Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Diliman working to assist the overall implementation of programs and services of the office.
